Deybal Properties is a real estate company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We advise people buying, selling and investing in residential and commercial property.

 What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form on this site, or a lead form attached to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. Some of our forms also ask what type of property you are interested in and whether you are buying or selling.
We only ask for what we need in order to call you back and be useful on that call. You do not need to give us your CNIC number, your income or any financial details to make an enquiry, and you should not send those through a web form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and which site sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from Meta. If you reach us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you confirmed in that form. These are usually pre-filled from your Facebook or Instagram profile, so check them before you submit.

- To understand which pages and listings people find useful, so we can improve the site

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not pass your details to other property agents or developers so they can market to you.

Where your information is stored
Our website and some of the services we use store data on servers outside Pakistan. If you are contacting us from the UK, the EU, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and stored in another country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a property, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record for legal or tax reasons.

 Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, including restricting access to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Please do not send passwords, CNIC copies or bank details through the forms on this site.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
A Note on property fraud
We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account and we will never send you revised bank details by email or WhatsApp partway through a transaction. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for either, call us on the number listed on this site before acting on it.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
